RICK LEWIS, age 64, of Grove City, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 1:13 a.m. at the Kobacker House in Columbus.

He was born on May 15, 1956 in Fayette County to Howard Lawrence and Betty Arlene Matthews Creamer. He was a graduate of Madison Plains High School. Rick was employed at B&B Forklift located in Orient. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding the tractor, and working on the farm.

Rick was preceded in death by his father, Howard Creamer.

Survivors include his mother and her husband, Betty (Bill) Dillard; children, Shawn Lewis, Shane Lewis, Ashley (Dustin) Artrip, and Austin Lewis; siblings, Bob (Martha) Lewis, Patricia (Mike) Dillard, Jerry (Karen) Lewis, and Jeff (Pam) Creamer; and his special friend and significant other, Kathy Mason. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Bruce Sigman officiating with burial to follow at the Milledgeville-Plymouth Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
