RICKY LYNN “RICK” HANNAH, age 73, of Washington CH, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 1, 2026 at his home.

He was born on August 28, 1952 in Jamestown, Ohio to the late Chester and Edith (Sharp) Hannah. Rick grew up in South Solon, Ohio and attended school at Madison Plains in London. He had worked as a tree trimmer for most of his life. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, spending time with his family, and he loved his Pitbulls!

In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kristi (Smith) Hannah.

Survivors include his children, Amy (Randy) Joseph, Amy Jo Davis, and Richard Hannah; grandchildren, Madison Joseph, Abigail Joseph, Lauren Joseph, Brandon (Kaitlin) Davis, Trever (Brittany) Hannah, and Tyler Hannah; great-grandchildren, Noa, Rory, Harper, and Grady; and siblings, Abbagail Hockenbery, Nevalyn Payton, Wendell Hannah, Chet (Ann) Hannah, Tammy Murry, and Edith (Todd) Dougherty. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Justin Siler officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday afternoon from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
