ROBIN RENEE CONGER, age 55, of Washington CH, passed away from this life on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at her home.

She was born on July 6, 1964 in Fayette County to Everett Franklin and Betty Jane Hunt Smith. She had attended Washington High School. Robin was a stay-at-home wife and mother. Robin was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and sister.

She enjoyed being with her grandchildren.

Robin was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Marlene Ludwick, Dwayne Smith, Bruce Smith, and Everett Smith Jr.; and her father and mother-in-law, Robert and Donna Conger.

Survivors include her boyfriend, Donald Dixon; children, Sylvia (Darryl Jr.) Ison, Roger Alan (Megan) Conger, and special daughter, Sheila (Darrin) Tubaugh; grandchildren, Abigail Ison, Devin Ison, Rodney Ison, Nikki Forsha, Madison Conger, Racine Grim, Sydney Woodson, and Daren (NeNe) Brightman; the father of her children, Roger LeRoy Conger; and her beloved feline companion, Miss B. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 5-6:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place and interment will be held at the Washington Cemetery at a later date.
