RONALD JAMES "RONNIE" VALENTINE, age 59, of Killeen, Texas, formerly of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center in Texas. His death was sudden and unexpected.

He was born on July 15, 1962 in Fayette County to James "Jim" and Ruth "Joy" (Polk) Valentine. Ronnie attended Miami Trace High School and proudly joined the US Army at the young age of seventeen.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, Jim Valentine; grandparents, H.B. and Ruth Polk, and Louise Warner; infant brother, Rusty Valentine; and his longtime partner, Michelle Massie Johnson.

Survivors include his mother, Joy Valentine; daughter and son-in-law, Kacy and Jeremiah Eplin; grandsons, Darion, Jackson, and Charlie; siblings, Diana (Joe) Hopkins, and Rodney (Shawn) Valentine; and aunts and uncles, Gary (Jane) Polk, Bonnie Valentine, and Diane (Bud) Eastes. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Ronnie was a hard worker. He worked as a truck driver, roofer, and was a self-employed home remodeler. He made his home in Texas many years ago and will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
