ROSE LYNN GLISPIE, age 69, of Clarksburg, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at her home.

She was born on March 21, 1957 in Washington CH to the late Ernest Edman and Leona Rose (Kellis) Perry. She was a 1975 graduate of Miami Trace High School. Rose retired in January of 2026 from the YUSA Corporation after thirty years of service. She enjoyed reading, attending concerts, and spending time with her family, she was also an avid Cleveland Browns fan.

Survivors include her children, Michael (Garbrielle) Jordan, Robert Glispie, Jr., and Melissa Glispie; grandchildren, Rhea, Rhyla, Rory, Dylan, Victorya, Cierra, Jaleigh, Skyler, Tabitha, Jamey, and Lorah; great-grandchildren, Zaythan, Riven, Xayden, and Arianna; and siblings, Ernest (Kirsten) Perry, Doug (Alan) Perry, and Kevin Perry. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Ernest Perry officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
