ROSEY M. STEVENS, age 68, of Chillicothe, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 10:10 p.m. at the Grant Medical Center. She was born on August 15, 1946 in Bloomingburg to the late Wesley and Gladys Penwell Groves. Rosey is survived by her husband Larry Stevens, whom she married on October 2, 1970; her children Larry Jr. (Angie) Stevens and Todd (Olivia) Stevens; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; siblings Harold (Judy) Groves, Helen (William) Wilcox, Mabel (Melvin) Hart, Larry (Shelby) Groves and Eugene (Carol) Groves as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
