RUBY I. CONAWAY KINGERY, age 84, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 12:05 p.m. at the Kobacker House. She was born on April 5, 1931 in Pickaway County to Clarence and Mae Donohue Conaway. She was a graduate of Bloomingburg High School. She retired from Sugar Creek Packing after 30 years of service. She enjoyed bingo, casinos, crocheting and loved spending time with her family. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Norman Kingery, as well as six brothers and sisters. Survivors include her children, Tanya (Gary) Speakman and Tony (Stephanie) Kingery; grandchildren Scott (Monica) Hammond, Jaime (Sean) Bias, Amy (Dom) Smith and Daphne Greene; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; siblings Wanda Taylor, Opal (Bill) Anderson, Robert Conaway and Stan (Peggy) Conaway as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no viewing or service. Cremation has taken place.
