RUTH ANNA KNISLEY HISEY, age 86, of Washington CH, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 1:10 p.m. at the St. Catherine's Manor. She was born on February 5, 1930, to Ivan Sr. and Edna Buck Blair. She had worked as a loving caregiver for many years. She was a member of the Heritage Memorial Church. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, and especially loved spending time with her family and friends. Ruth Anna was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Kenneth Knisley and second husband, Lloyd Hisey. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Kenneth Blair, Billy Blair, and Wilma Haines. Survivors include her children, Jack (Vicki) Knisley, Jim (Susan) Knisley, Jerry (Barb) Knisley and Jennifer (Eric) Pitstick; step-sons, Tim and John Hisey; grandchildren, Jacqueline Blanchard, Tara Bivens, Joseph (Amanda) Knisley, Justin (Louise) Knisley, Carley (Mike) Lilly, Blake Pitstick and Bryce Pitstick; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Ivan Blair Jr. and sister-in-law, Virginia Blair. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends who loved her dearly. The funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family with burial to follow at the Washington Cemetery.
