RUTH ANN HUDDLESON, age 76, of Washington CH, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at her home while surrounded by her family.

She was born on December 13, 1944 in Montgomery County to Lewis and Dorothy (Reese) Leedy. She was a 1963 graduate of Fairborn High School in Fairborn, Ohio. Ruth retired from the United States Postal Service in Washington CH after many years of service. She was an active member at The First Church of the Nazarene where she has served on the board and as the former missionary president. Ruth was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, attending mission trips, and being with her family.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Diane King.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald Lee Huddleson, whom she married on October 10, 1964; her children, Mike Huddleson, Paul (Tonda) Huddleson, and Lynn (Jack) Pence; grandchildren, Wesley (Serena) Huddleson, Chase Huddleson, Alayna Huddleson, Kaylyn (Cody) Self, Colt (Rachel) Huddleson, Brooke Ann (Cody) Mudd, Holly DeRight, Haley (Logan) Shade, and Korey Pence; great-grandchildren, Elijah Huddleson, and Adalaya Huddleson; and siblings, Robert Leedy, and Rachel M. Leedy. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear and special friends.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at The First Church of the Nazarene, 990 St Rt 41 SW, Washington CH, OH 43160. Pastor Dan McLean will be officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the church on Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Those in attendance must wear a mask or other facial covering and are asked to adhere to social-distancing guidelines.
