SAM DIAZ, age 14, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 10:10 a.m. at his home. His death was sudden and unexpected.

He was born on March 5, 2007 in St. Louis, Missouri to his loving mother, Nikita Renee (Diaz) Hall. Sam had recently completed his eighth-grade year at Washington Middle School. Sam was known for his kind and caring heart, making people laugh, and being a strong voice against bullying. He enjoyed playing video games, playing the drums, listening to music, and dancing.

Sam was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sandra Ann Diaz.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Nikita and Justin Hall; and his brother, Vincesco Joaquin Diaz. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of dear and special friends.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
