SAMANTHA MAY STEVENS, age 47, of Washington CH, passed away on October 16, 2021 at Adena Fayette Medical Center. She was born on August 17, 1974 to the late Neil and Rita (Mathews) Wolfe.

Samantha was a graduate of Washington Senior High School. She enjoyed doing  crafts and liked to color. Samantha had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh.

Survivors include her boyfriend of 19 years, Timothy Shelpman; one son, William Zachary Wolfe of Washington CH; one daughter, Ann Marie Wolfe of Paintsville, Kentucky; and three grandchildren; brothers; Neil (Lesa Karber) and Richie Wolfe both of Washington CH; aunt; Vickie Wolf; and special friends, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Beechler and Teresa Payne. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of dear and special friends.

The funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Marty Mitchell officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
