SHANNON JEFFREY ANTHONY, age 52, of Washington CH, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

He was born on July 7, 1974 in Fayette County to Larry Paul and Jeanette Eva (Smart) Anthony. He was a graduate of Miami Trace High School. Shannon was a highly skilled auto body collision technician. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, and hunting.

Shannon was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette Eva Anthony.

Survivors include his son, Shane (Caylie) Anthony; father, Larry Anthony; sister, Theresa (George) Anthony; and nephews, Zachary (Ashley) Brown, and Zane (Tiffany) Brown. Also surviving are several cousins and a host of friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
