SHANNON MARIE BAKER ROWLAND, age 48, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025 at the Adena Fayette Medical Center.

She was born on October 10, 1976 in Glendale, Arizona at the Luke AFB to Bob Crouch and Anita Louise (Miuccio) Baker. She was a graduate of Broad Run High School in Ashburn, Virginia, she also took online college courses. Shannon was a caregiver to her husband, Jesse, a United States Marine Corps Veteran. She enjoyed traveling, arts and crafts, cooking and entertaining, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Shannon was preceded in death by her daughter, Alexandra April Louise Rowland.

Survivors include her husband, Jesse James Rowland, whom she married on April 25, 2003; her children, Alisa (Thomas) Fallow, and David Eimer; and grandchildren, Scarlett Anne Louise Fallow, and Sefia Grace Lynn Fallow. Also surviving are several siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
