SHARON LYNN HICKS, age 74, passed away at 1:23 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at her home. She was born on August 7, 1948 in Fayette County to the late Dana and Helen (Imler) Kellenberger, Sr. On October 17, 1970 she married Tony P. Hicks who survives.

In addition to her husband Tony, survivors include her two sons; Ty (Dawn) Hicks of Marengo and Kevin (Kelly) Hicks of Washington Court House and her three grandchildren; Dana, Paige and Sofia. Other survivors include her sister; Tish (Tom) Klock, brother; Larry (Iris) Kellenberger,Sr., brother in-law; Elza Hicks and her sister in-law; Cathy Corzatt, her lifelong friend Sharon Wamsley and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Along with her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her sisters; Joy Anderson, Suzanne Kellenberger, Linda Stone and Deidra Wilson and her brothers; Dana Kellenberger, Jr., Karl Kellenberger, Sr., Royce Kellenberger and Gary Kellenberger, Sr.

Sharon was a 1966 graduate of Miami Trace High School, she had worked as a department manager at Wal-Mart. She enjoyed tending to her flowers, working in her garden, going to the casino and reading and trading paperback books with her sisters.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Highlawn Cemetery with Danny Dodds officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home from 5-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
