SHERRY JO SEYFANG, age 78, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at 8:33 a.m. at Signature Health Care of Fayette County.

She was born on June 10, 1941 in Washington CH, to Harley and Margurite Lehew Seyfang. Sherry was a 1959 Washington Senior High School graduate. She had worked at the Travel Center of America, Garners 76 Station and most recently worked at the Bob Evans Restaurant in Washington CH for over eight years. Sherry was a member of the South Side Church of Christ. She was a huge Elvis fan, she also enjoyed country music and watching wrestling. Sherry was also a shoe model for Lazarus stores.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her brother Jerry "Butch" Paul (Chriss) Seyfang, niece Jenny Preston, great-niece and nephew Margurite and Zackery and special caregiver and friend, Norman May.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at the Washington Cemetery with Mell Wickensimer officiating. Friends may call at the Summers Funeral Home on Thursday from 12:00-2:00 p.m.
