TAMMY KAY BARRETT, age 50, of Bloomingburg, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016 at 5:34 p.m. at the Miami Valley Hospital. She was born on May 18, 1966 in Pike County. She was a loving, beautiful wife and mother of six children. Tammy is survived by her husband, Michael Barrett, whom she married on April 8, 2012; her children William, Kayla and Candace Colburn, Stephanie, Stacy and Michael Haywood; sons-in-law Aaron, Tyler and Jason; grandchildren Allison and Anna. She is also survived by siblings, father and mother-in-law, David and Becky Barrett, in-laws, Danny, Angie, Sharon, Emily, David and Jamie as well as several nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed and loved by all. Tammy, as her last gift to others, was an organ donor and she helped many people. There will be no service or viewing. Cremation has taken place.
