TERRY JOE BLAIR, age 44, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 5:56 a.m. at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe. His death was sudden and unexpected.

He was born on July 18, 1977 in Fayette County to Bert and Norma (Conger) Blair. Terry was a 1995 graduate of Greenfield McClain High School. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and listening to music.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Danny R. Blair.

Survivors include his children, Tiffany West and Tyler Blair; grandchildren, Ebony and Ivory; his fiancé, Melinda Price; and siblings, Jerri "Peebles" Upthegrove, Brenda (Mike) Althouse, Barry (Shannon) Blair, and Debbie (Eddie) Ward. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
