TERRY R. DECK, age 20, of Washington CH, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 as the result of an auto accident. He was born on December 29, 1993 in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a 2012 Miami Trace High School graduate. While in high school, he was involved in the marching and jazz band as a drummer. He had attended Southern State Community College for the past two years. He was employed by Dairy Queen. He enjoyed watching movies and spending time with his family and friends. He was active in the youth program at Crossroads Christian Church and was a communion server. Terry was preceded in death by his father, Robert Deck. Survivors include his mother, Linda Waterman Deck; his siblings Matthew, Daniel and Rosemarie Deck; step-sister Joan and Jim Brunner and their children Michelle, Scott, Melissa Brunner and J.B. Brunner. He is also survived by cousins and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Crossroads Christian Church with Todd Maurer officiating with burial to follow at the Washington Cemetery.
