TERRY DEAN DOUGLAS, age 61, of Jeffersonville, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024 at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He was born on August 28, 1962 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Eddie G. and Patsy R. (McGuire) Douglas. He was a 1981 graduate of Miami Trace High School. Terry was employed full time as a lead grain mill operator at Mennel Grain. He enjoyed coaching softball, fishing, and most importantly, spending time with his family and grandchildren,

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his brothers, Roy Douglas, and Steve Douglas.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Lou (Penn) Douglas, whom he married on June 4, 1983; children, Jeremiah (Alicia) Douglas, Joshua (Mandy) Douglas, and Misty Payton; grandchildren, Austin, Audrie, Logan, Samantha, Nicole, Kelsy, and Gracelyn; great-granddaughter, Paislee; siblings, Tom (Diana) Douglas, and David Douglas; and sister-in-law, Tanis Douglas. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A viewing will be held on Friday, March 29, 2024 at the Summers Funeral Home from 11-1:00 p.m. with cremation to follow.
