THOMAS ATREYU MARTIN, age 3 months, received his angel wings on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 8:33 p.m. at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

He was born on February 26, 2019 in Montgomery County to Michael Cody and Kensley Rose Priest Martin. Thomas was born with a rare and complex heart condition known as Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome; although he was small, he fought a courageous battle. Thomas liked listening to the music of Disney's "Moana" and loved his llama pacifier.

Thomas was preceded in death by his sister, Piper Rose Martin; uncle, Skyler McCay Priest; and maternal great-grandparents, Floyd and Gloria Hawkins.

Survivors include his parents; grandparents, Melissa (Rob) Hedrick, Ron Priest, Phyllis Richmond, and Gary Martin; aunts and uncles, McCaylee (Chris) Putney, Travis (Ashley) Martin, and Collin Martin; great uncle, Greg Hawkins; and cousins, Lucan James Putney, Killian Lee Putney, and Brantley Alexander Martin.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Barry Pettit officiating with burial to follow at the Twin Township Cemetery in Bourneville. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
