TOM PAT MAYNARD, age 72, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 12:48 a.m. at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital ER. He was born on June 3, 1941 in Delbarton, West Virginia to Thomas Patrick and Margaret Edra Cox Maynard, both deceased. He had worked as a truck driver with North American Van Lines and traveled over 48 states and Canada. He loved fishing and trap shooting. Survivors include his wife Sharon Leeth Maynard, whom he married on June 22, 1960; his children Todd, and his wife Sue Maynard and Rodney, and his wife Sharon Maynard; grandchildren Elizabeth, Todd Jr. "T.J.", Thomas and Samantha Maynard, Loalai Howe and Sabrina North; great-grandchildren Sebastian and Ava; sister Judith (Lloyd "Jim") Levernier and his mother-in-law Laura Leeth. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Bray officiating with burial to follow at the Waterloo Cemetery.
