TRAVIS ANDREW PUTNEY, age 28, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 8:33 a.m. as a result of an auto accident. He was born on May 10, 1987 in Washington CH to Charles "Chuck" and Kathy Miramontez Putney. He was a 2005 graduate of Washington High School and a 2008 graduate of DeVry Technical Institute, where he received his Associates Degree in Applied Computer Science. He was employed by Huntington Bank. During his high school years, he was involved in the marching band and was also with Mveco as a computer tech. He loved fishing, spending time with his son and his family and was an avid Michigan Wolverine and New England Patriots fan. Travis is survived by his parents, his son Wyatt Putney; siblings Tonya Putney, Amber (Rick) Dossenbach and Ashley (Michael) Putney-Atkinson; grandparents Frances and Jack Brown and Manuel Miramontez and his friend, Lucinda Harper; the mother of his son, Imara Caldwell as well as several aunts, uncles, and several nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. Travis is also survived by cousins and special cousin, Justin Humphrey and special friends, Dusty Miller and Delbert Thomas. The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Summers Funeral Home.
