WANDA "COZY' JUSTICE, age 95, of Washington Court House, passed away at 3:43 a.m. on Monday, January 2, 2023 at St. Catherine's Manor of Washington Court House. She was born in Highland County on December 19, 1927 to the late Carl and Stella Shoemaker Bradshaw.

Cozy was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and enjoyed reading books and doing research. Cozy also enjoyed cooking for her family and tending to her garden, especially her tomatoes and flowers.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law; Richard and Vicky Justice, daughter in-law; Denise Justice, and her grandchildren; Josiah (Autumn) Justice, Charlie Justice and Jami (Dean) Greer. In addition to her parents, Cozy was preceded in death by her husband; Russell Leroy Justice, and her son; Gary Leroy Justice

In keeping with Cozy's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
