WILLIAM DOUGLAS "BILLY" CAMPBELL, age 49, of Bloomingburg, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2020 at 6:25 p.m. at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

He was born on April 27, 1970 in Franklin County to Charles Newell Jr. and Roberta Louise Smith Campbell. He was a 1988 graduate of Washington High School. Billy was a self-employed contractor who specialized in dry-walling. He was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He enjoyed all sports but was mostly known for being an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan.

Billy was preceded in death by his father; sister, Candy Campbell; and nephew, Chad Campbell.

Survivors include his mother; children, Karie Douglas Campbell, Charles "Adam" Campbell, Courtney Nicole Campbell, Cole Matthew (Brittany) Campbell, David (Tori) Williams, and Brandon Douglas Campbell; grandchildren, Klayton, Aryanna, Ellie, Amaya, Baby Campbell arriving in November, Chloie, Addilyhnn, Nevaeh, Heaven, Cole, Eloc, Navy, Leighton, and Baby Boy Conner arriving in June; siblings, Charles "Chuck" (Hope) Campbell, and Cheryl Campbell; nephew, Richard Lee "Richie" Campbell; and his significant other, Melissa Strahler. Also surviving are several cousins and a host of friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
