WILLIAM "BILL" EDWARD DUNSTON, age 72, of London, passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. at his home.

He was born on February 17, 1946 in Range (Danville), Ohio to Richard and Donna Alspaugh Dunston. He was a 1965 graduate of Madison South High School. William had worked at Pennington Bakery and retired in 2004 from Frito-Lay Incorporated in Columbus. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed motorcycles, listening to and playing country music, and sitting around the kitchen table with his family and friends.

William was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Doris Dunston.

Survivors include his loving wife, Mary J. Jackson Dunston, whom he married on March 29, 1980; his children, Billy (Mindy) Dunston, Richard (Felicia) Dunston, and Ralph (Marie) Dunston; nine grandchildren; sisters, Rosemary Rhorer, and Pricilla Speakman; and his faithful animal companions. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Billy Dunston officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service. In keeping with Mr. Dunston's wishes, cremation will take place after the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
