WILLIAM "BILL" ELLIOTT, age 78, of Leesburg, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 7:08 p.m. at OSU Medical Center. He was born on February 19, 1936 in Fayette County, OH to Russell and Rachel Duncan Elliott. Survivors include his spouse Linda L. Haugk Elliott of Leesburg; son Jeff Lee (Kelly) Elliott of Washington Court House; step daughters Jodie Hill of Chillicothe and Angie Rhoades of Leesburg; grandchildren Chad and Cody Elliott; brother Don (Georgiana) Elliott of AZ as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Preceded in death by his father and mother ; son Dwayne Cole Elliott and sister Wilma Wathem. Was Employed at ARMCO for 42 years as a travel loader and attended the Good Shepherd United Brethren Church of Greenfield. A memorial service will be held at the Washington Cemetery, Friday 22 August 2014 at 12 noon, with Pastor Scott Graham presiding. There will be no visitation observed prior to this service.
