Amy Lynn Ellison

AMY LYNN ELLISON, age 53, of Washington CH, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 13, 2024 at Signature Healthcare of Fayette County.

She was born on October 14, 1971 in Washington CH to Richard Keith and Cathie Ann (Shiltz) Ellison. She attended Miami Trace High School. Amy was a homemaker and stay-at-home Mom. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Amy was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Brittany Turner, and brother, Randy Ellison.

Survivors include her parents, Richard (Jeanie) Ellison and Cathie Long; her children, Trenton (Allison) Harrington, Emanuel (Kendra) Turner, Whittney (Greggory) Ellison, Terrance Cumberland, and Miko (Dylan) Downs; grandchildren, Trayden, Lucas, Gavin, Weston, Makenlee, Bentley, and Maia; and brother, Roger (Jackie) Ellison; step-siblings, Nikki Rollins, and Lonnie Kilbarger; and special friend of the family, Melissa Turner. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Yoakum officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
