Barry Douglas Goldsberry

BARRY DOUGLAS GOLDSBERRY, age 74, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at the Adena Fayette Medical Center.

He was born on July 15, 1950 in Fayette County to the late William, Jr. and Esther May (Brill) Goldsberry. He was a graduate of Miami Trace High School. After graduation, Barry proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a self-employed contractor and highly skilled painter. He enjoyed watching old westerns and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Barry was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Jean (Woods) Goldsberry; and brothers, William “Bill” Goldsberry, and Bob Goldsberry.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Ashley (Jason) Addis of South Salem, Ohio; grandchildren, Luke, Krissy, Noah, Jordan, and Gracey; siblings Ted Goldsberry, and Nancy Davis; nephew, Michael (Cynthia) Goldsberry; and his beloved canine companion, Nova. Also surviving are several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal services.
