BONNIE SUE PERKINS, age 86, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Valley View Care Center in Frankfort.
She was born on December 11, 1938 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Walter and Virgie Jenkins. She graduated from Beaver High School in Beaver, Ohio. Bonnie retired from WinCup in Mount Sterling. She enjoyed crocheting, painting, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. Bonnie was also an avid Ohio State fan.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Eugene Perkins, and siblings, Melvin, Mary, Betty, Joy, and Mel.
Survivors include her children, Cheryl (James) Clary, Karen Rainsberger, and Kevin Perkins; grandchildren, Lisa Perkins, Jimmy Clary, Dustin Rainsberger, Seth Rainsberger, Amanda (Jay) Miller, and Taylor Perkins; great-grandchildren, Kenyah’Da, Dalton, Delaney, Hunter, Kiara, Jordan, Laina, Kiya, Chayton, Brayden, and Cameron; sister, Ruth Corns; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Edith Webber; and brother-in-law, Tom Perkins. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, along with a host of friends.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. with Chaplain Stan Kirtlan officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
