Born on June 24, 1956, in Portsmouth, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Augustus E. and Evelyn Mastin Webb. On September 15, 1978, she married Keith Clary, who survives.

Brenda was a 1975 graduate of South High School in Columbus, Ohio, she then went on to study Christian Ministry at Ohio Christian University. Brenda also attended Columbus State Community College where she studied Court Reporting and worked for the City of Columbus as a Court Transcriptionist for fifteen years after graduation. In addition to being Co-Pastor, she served the leader of both the Women’s Ministry and the Worship Team. Brenda was very dedicated to her Faith and was a mentor to many of the young men and women in the congregation. Most of all, she loved being a vocalist and listened to worship music “twenty-four-seven.” She was truly the first Christian, her husband, Pastor Keith had ever met and will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

In addition to her loving husband of more than forty-six years, Brenda is survived by her grandchildren, Lillian, Nathaniel, Odaya and Pairem Manzano; her siblings, Larry (Ruth) Evans and Phyllis Howard along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and a host of many dear friends.

Along with her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her daughter, Carla L. Clary Manzano on March 9, 2014, as well as her sister, Beverly Dennison.
