Carol Marie Forsythe

CAROL MARIE FORSYTHE, age 54, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 2:51 a.m. at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

She was born on October 20, 1967 in Cincinnati, Ohio to James Kenneth and Anna Margaret (Bradford) Rose. She attended Washington High School and later obtained her GED. Carol had worked as the medical biller for ABC Pediatrics. She enjoyed primitive farmhouse crafting, donating to the homeless, and spending time with her beloved family.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Robert L. Denney; brother, Ricky A. Rose; and nephews, Timothy R. Wood, and Mark D. Burns

Survivors include her significant other of eighteen years, Randy Brown; her children, Marco A. Forsythe, Jeffrey D. Forsythe, Rachel M. Forsythe-Vance, David N. Forsythe, Brittany A. Myers, and C. Miguel Molina; grandchildren, Maya L. Forsythe, Chesney R. Vance, Nathaniel A. Forsythe, Annaleigh M. Forsythe, Anastasia Myers, Haylee N. Myers, and Calianna E. Molina; and siblings, Pamela (Frank) Rose-Neace, Kenny (Brenda) Rose, Patricia Rose, and Brenda Coleman. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Lee officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
