Charlotte Pauline Jones

CHARLOTTE PAULINE JONES, age 92, was born on June 26, 1929 in Bloomingburg, Ohio to Robert E. and Edna S. Weaver. Charlotte married her beloved husband, Robert Jones on May 29, 1948 in Newport, Kentucky. She accepted Christ into her heart at a very young age.

She hosted many Rockhold Family Reunions and was well-known for her homemade pies and fudge.

Charlotte fell asleep in the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Court House Manor in Washington CH.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Robert Weaver, Dan Weaver, Norma Weaver, Barbara Weaver, Coreida Weaver, Gloria Weaver, and Jane Weaver.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory; siblings, Patricia (Robert) Turner, Carl Weaver, Charles (Linda) Weaver, and David Weaver; devoted daughter, Priscilla Scott; devoted sons, Robert Jones, Guy Jones, Stephan (Linda) Jones, Martin Ray Jones, Dewayne Lee "Pete" Jones, and Paul Craig Jones; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear and special friends.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at The Gathering Place Church, 240 Courthouse Pkwy, Washington CH, OH 43160, with Pastor John Pfeifer and Rev. Charles Cooper officiating with burial to follow at the Bloomingburg Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the church on Wednesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
