Cynthia Ann "Cindy" Self

CYNTHIA ANN “CINDY” SELF, age 69, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025 at her home.

She was born on February 11, 1956 in Fayette County to the late Perl, Jr. and Ruth E. (Lambert) Self. She was a graduate of Washington High School and lived all her life in this area. She enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by an infant grandchild.

Survivors include her daughters, Salina (Brad) Tong, and Sabrina Montgomery; grandchildren, Kylee Tong, Kamryn Tong, and Hunter Tong; siblings, Larry Dean (Jana) Self, and Stacey (Katrina) Self; and her significant other, Joyce Haithcock. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
