Danny Lee Ward

DANNY LEE WARD, age 72, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024 at the Adena Fayette Medical Center Emergency Department. His death was sudden and unexpected.

He was born on August 23, 1951 in Montgomery County to the late George Melvin and Mabel Marie (Johnson) Ward. He attended Washington High School. Danny had worked in maintenance for several years. He enjoyed mowing and working in his yard, pull tab lottery tickets, and spending time as much time as he could with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his siblings, Carolyn Queen, Jenny Cane, Joe Ward, Jake Ward, and Charles Ward.

Survivors include the love of his life for forty-two years, Brenda Jean Wyatt; his son, Danny Lee, Jr. (Hope) Ward; grandchildren, Bryson Hunter Ward, and Mya Ann Ward; and brother, Melvin (Julie) Ward. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
