Darlene M. Lowe

DARLENE M. LOWE, age 81, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 12:31 a.m. at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Her death was sudden and unexpected.

She was born on September 9, 1940 in Jonesboro, Indiana to the late Earnie A. and Ruby O. (Dehart) Foster. Darlene worked for Dr. Gregory Flerchinger at the Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center in Washington CH and retired in 2019 after 19 years of service. She enjoyed going out to eat with her friends, watching The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Green Bay Packers play football, being outside, and caring for her pets, Bindi, Sally, Arianna, and Brianna.

In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert L. Lowe, whom she married on February 22, 1973; and brother-in-law, Nick Heleg-greza.

Survivors include her children, Cynthia (Kurt) Krueger and their son, Alex Robert Krueger of Washington CH, and Roger (Sheila) Lowe and their children of Alaska; sister, Debbie Heleg-greza of Illinois, and sister-in-law, Sonya Foster of Florida.

The funeral service will take place on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Garren officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will follow services.
