David Wayne Noel

DAVID WAYNE NOEL, age 56, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020 at 3:25 p.m. at his home.

He was born on February 12, 1964 in Fayette County to Floyd and Elizabeth (Madden) Noel. He was a 1981 graduate of Washington High School. David had owned and operated Noel’s Tree Service for twenty-four years and had also worked for Asplundh Tree Expert Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and running with his dogs, Herbie and Thumber. David loved football, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals.

David was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Noel; and his sister, Evelyn Noel.

Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth Noel; his loving wife, Wanda (Little) Noel, whom he married December 20, 1987; daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Vincent Stein; granddaughter, Sabrina Stein; siblings, Mike Noel, Brenda Noel, and Kathy Nunley; nephews, Kevin Christenberry, Brian McTeague, Shannon Noel, Dwight Vaughn, and Josh Butcher; nieces, Christina Breedlove, Kristy (Brian) Palmer, Jasmine (Mark) Wilson, Amy Noel, and Mandy (Glen) Davidson. Also surviving are several great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and a host of special friends.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor John Pfeifer officiating with burial to follow at the Washington Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Facial masks and social distancing are required.
