Donald Ray "Donnie" Moore

DONALD RAY “DONNIE” MOORE, age 56, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton Hospice House.

He was born on January 25, 1968 in Fayette County to Donald L. and Peggy L. (Cunningham) Moore. He was a 1986 graduate of Miami Trace High School. He was a Contract Supervisor at Cleaners Extraordinare. Donnie was a member at the St. Colman of Cloyne Catholic Church. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, playing pool, and fostering children with his late wife, Gene.

Donnie was preceded in death by his father, Donald L. Moore; and his wife and soulmate, Gene Ann Moore.

Survivors include his mother, Peggy Lee Moore; his daughter, Nicole Brown; grandchildren, Trinity Brown, Kolesun Stevens, Trenton Henize, Ayva Shreffler, Charlie Lemons, Ashlyn Mock, Emily Gordon, Louann Adkins, and Lauren Adkins; siblings, Penny (Rachel Bailey) Henderer, Jason (Michelle) Moore, and Michael (Jessica Blevins) Moore; and special friend, Jim Seymour. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at the St. Colman Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
