Dustin Ryan Rhoads

DUSTIN RYAN RHOADS, age 34, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, March 19, 2021.

Dustin was born on January 23, 1987 to Cliff and Candie (Havens) Rhoads.

Dustin was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Bill Havens, paternal grandmother Shirley (Sharon) Rhoads, and his uncle Eddie Havens.

He is survived by his parents, Cliff and Candie Rhoads, son Kyler Rhoads, grandparents Mary (Everhart) Havens and JR Rhoads, sister Britny (Rhoads) Helsel, nephew William Helsel, beloved friends Bekah Little, Jake Cantrell, and numerous other friends. There wasn’t much Dustin couldn’t do. Artistically, musically, and mechanically gifted, he truly was a “jack of all trades”. A 2005 East Clinton graduate, he later pursued a degree in HVAC from Columbus State. Following co-ownership of the former Pour Boys’ restaurant with his father, Dustin had worked maintenance at Emsar, Sugar Creek Packing, and most recently, Ohio Processors, all where he is fondly remembered by his coworkers. In addition to his many talents, Dustin loved to hunt, boat, ride dirt bikes, motorcycles, and four wheelers. Dustin was an amazing father to his son Kyler, and the pair had many adventures together. Dustin loved fun and family. He had a big sense of humor, and an even bigger heart.

Dustin, you are loved and missed by many.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Unity Fellowship Church, 4405 Prairie Rd. NE, Washington CH, OH 43160, with Pastor Keith Clary officiating with burial to follow at the Washington Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the church on Thursday evening from 5-7:00 p.m. and again on Friday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
