Earl Edward "Eddie" Orr

EARL EDWARD “EDDIE” ORR, age 83, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Signature HealthCARE of Fayette County.

He was born on April 7, 1940 in Fayette County to the late Earl William and Lucille (Scott) Orr. He was a graduate of Washington High School. Eddie proudly served his country in the US Army. He retired from Armco Steel. Eddie was an avid Ohio State fan.

In addition to his parents, Eddie was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Ellen (Bridwell) Orr, and siblings, Jerry Orr, and Susan Dolan.

Survivors include his siblings, David (Debbie) Orr, and Janice Keaton; special niece, Karen N. Singleton; and special great-nephew, Jaxson Singleton. Also surviving are several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private burial will be held at Bloomingburg Cemetery at a later date.
