ELVIN EDWARD JUSTICE, age 72, of Washington Court House, passed away at 8:48 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, shortly after his arrival to the Adena Fayette Emergency Room. He was born on January 19, 1952 in Fayette County and was the son of the late Claude E. and Ruth E. Milstead Justice. On August 20, 1992, he married the former Judy Harrison who survives.
Elvin was a 1970 graduate of Miami Trace High School and was retired from the United States Air Force. He also worked as a maintenance and handy man, being very skilled he could repair anything for anyone. Elvin enjoyed riding his bicycle, traveling with his wife and fishing.
In addition to his loving wife, survivors include his children, Christopher Harper and Shannon Harper; his grandchildren, McKenzie Martin, Orland Cunningham and Emily Harper. Also surviving are his great-grandchildren, Brentley, Asher and Wren Martin and a host of friends.
In keeping with the families wishes cremation has taken place and no services are to be held at this time.
