Helen L. Spencer

HELEN L. SPENCER, age 67, of Washington CH, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 18, 2025 at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.

She was born on July 12, 1958 in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late Richard H. and Edna M. (Keaton) Stulley. She attended Waverly High School in Pike County. Helen worked for many years at Court House Manor as a State Tested Nursing Assistant. She enjoyed helping her sister can food in the summer, crocheting, and spending time with her beloved family. Helen also had a special place in her heart for her dogs.

In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her siblings, Linda Dawson, Charles Stulley, Richard Stulley, Jr., and Dennis Stulley.

Survivors include her siblings, Sandra (Tim) Wiseman of Washington CH, and Kathy Logan of Piketon. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews whom she loved as her own grandchildren.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
