Isaiah Beekman Obituary

ISAIAH JAMES BEEKMAN, age 12, of Washington CH, received his angel wings on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 10:58 a.m. at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus.

He was born on July 5, 2005 in Scioto County. Isaiah was adopted by his loving and devoted parents, Lawrence and Suzanne Beekman. He was home-schooled and had just completed the 5th grade. Isaiah faithfully attended the Gregg St. Worship Center in Washington CH. He enjoyed watching Paw Patrol, listening to music, having mini-parties in his room, and loved having his head rubbed.

Isaiah was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Michael Beekman; and his grandmother, Virginia Adams.

Survivors include his mother, Toba Suzanne Bowman Beekman; his siblings, Holly (Jonathan) Knotts, Tiffany Beekman, Jade Raines, Bryan (Kayla) Beekman, Michael Cox, and Joshua Raines; nieces and nephews, Hailei, Zoei, Elijah, Jaxson, Owen, and Daxal; three special and “priceless” nurses, Glenna Saunders, Angela Duhl, and Lynn Maust. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, foster siblings, and a host of prayer warriors and friends who loved him beyond words. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the crews of East Ambulance for their tender loving care.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Gregg St. Worship Center.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Summers Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent to www.summersfuneralhome.com
