Jo Ann (Rhoads) Davis

JO ANN (RHOADS) DAVIS, age 88, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025 at her home.

She was born on November 7, 1936 in Pike County, Ohio to the late Ora and Thelma (Cox) Rhoads. She was a graduate of Washington High School and lived most of her life in this area. Jo Ann was a homemaker and had also worked for a local jewelry store for several years. She enjoyed cooking, camping, and scrapbooking.

In addition to her parents, Jo Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Perry Adam Davis, II; son, William E. Scott; and siblings, Jim, Frank, Dave, Bobby, and Shirley Rhoads.

Survivors include her children, Glenna Jo (Richard) Aleshire, and Perry Adam “PA” Davis, III; grandchildren, Bethany Aleshire, Brad Aleshire, Isaac Scott, Glenn (Paula) Scott, and Shannon Scott; and several great-grandchildren. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a graveside service will be held at the Bainbridge Cemetery at a later date.
