JOE EDWIN OVERLY, age 95, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025 at Court House Manor.

He was born on April 23, 1930 in Ross County, Ohio to the late Thomas Clifford and Clarice Lucile (Wells) Overly. Joe proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Armco Steel where he had worked as a welder.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Summers Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent to www.summersfuneralhome.com
