John David Belles

JOHN DAVID BELLES, age 63, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025 at the Adena Fayette Medical Center. His death was sudden and unexpected.

He was born on October 9, 1961 in Washinton CH to the late Donald Eugene and Marjorie Lee (Swartz) Belles. He was a 1980 graduate of Washington High School and lived most of his life in the area. He was currently working full-time as the stock manager at Save-A-Lot. He attended the Calvary Baptist Church. He enjoyed drawing, painting, spending time with his family, and was an avid Ohio State and Cincinnati Reds fan.

Survivors include his son, John David Belles, II; special daughters, A. Harris, Andrea Harris, and Alexa Harris; brothers, Mark Eugene Belles, and James Edwin Belles; and his significant other and love of his life, Brenda Jean Kimmet. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church, 1600 US Highway 35 NW, Washington CH, OH 43160, with Pastor Brandon Lee officiating with burial to follow at the Washington Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the church on Tuesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
