Judy Lynn Wilson

JUDY LYNN WILSON, age 76, of Washington CH, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at the Adena Fayette Medical Center.

She was born on April 20, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio to the late John and Roselyn (Knisley) Lightle. She was a graduate of Miami Trace High School. Judy was a faithful member at the McNair Presbyterian Church for many years. She retired from the Washington CH Postal Office. She enjoyed sewing quilts for Heartland Hospice, volunteering at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, reading, spending time with her family and grandson, and she was also a member of the Red Hat Society.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bruce Evans Wilson, whom she married on June 28, 1969, and sister, Jacqueline Rutter.

Survivors include her children, Carey Wilson of North Carolina, Amy Wilson of Washington CH, and Corey (Ashley) Wilson of Colorado; grandson, Nathan Wilson; and sister, Joan (Ken) Brown. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held a later date at the convenience of the family.
