KAY DIANE WARNER, age 71, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 8:23 a.m. at Fayette County Memorial Hospital.

She was born on October 9, 1949 in Franklin County to William Edward and Mary Catherine Henry Pollard. She attended Miami Trace High School. Kay had worked as a nursing assistant at the former Orient Mental Institution. She enjoyed collecting lighthouses, cooking, and being with her family.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Jon Pollard.

Survivors include her loving husband, Charles Warner; children, Scott (Heather) Runnels, and William “Brian” Runnels and his girlfriend, Mimi Dewine; step-children, Stephanie (Eric) Justice, Charles Jr. (Anita) Warner, and Kelly (Mike) Jarrells; grandchildren, Brittney (Jarod) Jerrel, Christopher Runnels, Timothy Runnels, Katelyn Runnels, Eli Justice, Zach Justice, Jessica Warner, Erica Warner, Lilly Jarrells, and Kayla Jarrells; great-grandchildren, Landon Jerrel, and Elyse Jerrel; Kay’s identical twin sister, Karen Howell; and special caregivers, Kelly Cain, and Freddie Kirker. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
