Loretta Garcia

LORETTA GARCIA, age 74, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 2:58 a.m. at Four Seasons of Washington.

She was born on May 10, 1945 in Ashland, Kentucky to George and Betty Lyons Stone. Loretta retired from the Yusa Corporation in Washington CH. She enjoyed playing Bingo and being with her family and grandchildren.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Adam Garcia; sons; Vincent Smith, and Johnny Smith; and several siblings.

Survivors include her children, Scott (Julie) Smith, Jerry (Pat) Smith, Anthony Garcia, and Betty Garcia; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her beloved Yorkie, “Baby Girl,” and her pet bird, “Pretty Bird.” Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at the Summers Funeral Home from 1-3:00 p.m. In keeping with Loretta’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
