Michael Vernon East

MICHAEL VERNON EAST, age 54, of Washington CH, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe with his mother by his side.

He was born on October 10, 1971 in Washington CH to Robert Leo and Sharon Nedra (Cline) East. He was a graduate of Miami Trace High School. Michael worked in the kitchen at Carlton Manor until his health would no longer allow. He enjoyed writing poems and books, reading, and listening to the music of Lawrence Welk.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Robert East.

Survivors include his mother, Sharon East, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and no service will be held.
