Nikki Renee Camp

NIKKI RENEE CAMP, age 52, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 11:33 a.m. at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

She was born on April 28, 1968 in Fayette County to Leroy Jr. and Donna Nichols Ater. She attended Miami Trace High School. Nikki had worked at the YUSA Corporation and also worked in housekeeping at Fayette County Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed attending car races, shopping, and being with her family.

Nikki was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Leroy James Toppins; brother, Travis Ater; sister-in-law, Gail Ater; nieces, Miranda Ater, and Sierra Ater; and nephew, Tyler Warner.

Survivors include her husband of twenty-eight years, Roger Camp; children, Dustin (Liz) Toppins, Brittany Toppins and her significant other, Ryan May, and Michelle Self; grandchildren, Trevon, Alexis, Adien, Camdyn, and Kadien; and siblings, Randy (Stephanie) Ater, Kim Ater, Cheryl Ater, and Becky (John) Geoke. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Joy Stanforth officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will follow.
